We encourage all swimmers to attend as many practices as possible. Swimmers who attend fewer than three practices per week will find that they have difficulty improving their strokes, speed, and endurance. Swimmers should arrive 10 minutes before practice for stretching and warm-up exercises.
Parents of 6-and-under swimmers must stay onsite at the Cabana Club during their child’s practice sessions.
Parents of 10-and-under swimmers must be onsite to supervise their children immediately before and after each practice session. Coaches cannot supervise swimmers outside of scheduled practice times.
