2025 Swim Team Parent Committee
Oversees registration, chairs STPC meetings, and represents the Laurelwood Dolphins at the Junipero Serra Swim League (JSSL) meetings.
Assists with co-chair duties and oversees the 2027 JSSL Championships, coordinating all 6 teams in the league.
Assists with co-chair responsibilities and responds to family inquiries.
Manages all of the logistics for home meets and Laurelwood side of away meets.
Manages volunteers for all (home and away) swim meets.
Takes the meeting minutes at Swim Team Parent Committee (STPC) meetings and oversees the Dolphin Fairies.
Oversees events such as Donut Days, Ice Cream Pig Outs, Tacos @ the Pool, Pizza @ the Pool, Team Store, 11 and Up Party, Team Overnighter, and Awards Night.
Represents the Laurelwood Dolphins at the Junipero Serra Swim League (JSSL) meetings.
Oversee the apparel orders, swimsuit and swim cap orders, snack bar, fundraising, and various logistics.
